Please note that the Online Classes videos are not downloadable. Sharing your access or trying to sell or distribute videos is a legally punishable offense. Earlier we caught some people doing this and they were punished legally and a huge penalty was imposed on them.

• You can not disclose any personal information to a Course Author,and others information.
• You can not take any personal information from any Course Author or other User.

Any accrued rights to payment and Sections 4, 5, 10‐15 and all representations and warranties shall survive termination.

Refund

• If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can make a request and may get a refund.*
• If any of our Course is bought under any offer or discount, the refund won’t be possible.
• The refund and cancellation charges will be applicable upto 40% on the base fare. (Extra)
• For the Students requesting for a refund of online classes and providing a partial refund case, wherein they are not satisfied with one particular section then there will be only partial refund to the buyer.
• If you buy any Crash course from PrepInsta Prime, you will not get a refund.
• Refunds will be given on a Pro Rata basis. (Means, the cost will be deducted as per your utilization on the basis of days)
• Refunds are not possible once the placement exam is over like TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, etc.
• Refund for subscription of 12 months or more which includes RIO certifications, 1000rs will be deducted from your refund (Since RIO is non refundable and as soon as you purchase any course with RIO subscription, 1000rs. gets send to TCS)
