TCS NQT Syllabus 2023
The TCS NQT Syllabus 2023 batches have been revised. For this year’s hiring, a new curriculum has been established. In their selection process, some additional sections have been included. This page provides a detailed explanation of the TCS NQT Syllabus for the 2023 batch. Make sure you read the full syllabus to avoid missing any important information.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
- No negative marking.
- This year’s TCS NQT is non- adaptable.
- Traits were not included in this year’s exam
- Calculator and rough paper are both present on your desktop screen, you won’t receive any additional rough paper in the exam.
While doing the test, you are not permitted to lower your eyes. - This syllabus is only for On-Campus placements.
TCS NQT Test Pattern 2023:-
This year, TCS NQT modified the curriculum in preparation for employing 2023 graduates.
The recruitment test now includes a few new sections.
- Foundation Section (For Ninja aspirants)
- Advance Section (mandatory for Digital Aspirants)
Part A – Foundation Section
There are four sections in this round. This round’s difficulty level is Moderate. Four sections are of,

Section – 1 (Traits)
Your ability to reason and create scenarios will be tested in this section.
This phase consists of 4-5 pychometric questions that you must answer in one minute. The inclusion of Traits varies from College to college in the On- Campus Exam.
Section – 2 (Numerical Ability)
With a 75-minute time limit (shared), this section consists of 20 questions.

TCS NQT Syllabus Important Information
Key Points to Remember about TCS NQT 2023 Hiring Exam-:
- No Negative Marking
- No section switching is permitted.
- Switching between sub-sections is likewise prohibited.
- It’s okay to switch questions.
- It is not permitted to switch browser tabs (Exam will be cancelled instantly)
- For those taking tests from home, an AI will monitor the video and audio.
