Note:- Candidates who are chosen in the TCS NQT online assessment must first pass a technical interview before moving on to an HR interview.
TCS NQT Recruitment Pattern: Detailed Information
Step 1: –
Pre – Presentation:
PPT rounds won’t be used in the majority of colleges. However, TCS conducts pre-presentation talks for some of the colleges with which it has partnerships. The hiring process begins with a PPT in which TCS HR will discuss the business, the salaries offered, job options, and career progression. After that, there will be a Q&A session when the students can ask any questions they may have about the hiring process or the business.

The written test for TCS NQT has 2 sections or rounds which are –

Step-3
Interview in TCS NQT Recruitment Process
There is only one interview session, and it might take anywhere from 25 to 40 minutes to complete. The interview will consist of three panels.

Offer Rollout
You will receive the offer letter through email in 10 to 15 days after you are chosen. And the starting date will be any time in the next three to six months.
